24 hour client update once job is received, whether or not our preliminary search has yielded results. Contact is weekly thereafter unless a suitable candidate
is sourced or the job is filled through another source.
Single point of contact - Account Management system with the relevant consultant having an in-depth knowledge of the relevant industry.
Every candidate undergoes an intensive screening process to determine their skill sets, position sought and the type of company culture for which they are suited.
Clear and accurate information is given to potential candiadtes on company background as well as the job description. Candidate approval is obtained prior to submitting CV's.
Candidate CV's are submitted along with a candidate profile, I.e., availability, current/expected salary as well as an interview assessment.
Where possible, at least one reference is checked in advance of submitting candidate details.
Client and candidate confidentiality are paramount.
As part of our Client Information Sharing programme, all placed candidates receive a follow-up call one month after starting, and feedback received is passed on to our client.
